Website terms

Clear boundaries for using Cognautic.com.

These terms cover the public website and its content, forms, calculators, demonstrations, and links. A signed customer agreement remains the source of truth for paid work.

Effective and last updated

Using this site

These terms govern use of cognautic.com and its public content, forms, calculators, demonstrations, and links. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Paid consulting, implementation, software, and managed services are governed by the written proposal, order, service agreement, data terms, and integration scope accepted for that engagement. If a signed agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed agreement controls for that service.

Informational content and no guarantees

Public content explains AI automation, operations, marketing, SEO, AEO, GEO, integrations, and related business topics. It is general information, not legal, tax, accounting, medical, financial, employment, or other licensed professional advice. Rules and provider capabilities change, so verify important decisions with the accountable professional or provider for your situation.

Examples, estimates, calculators, search-volume research, rankings, comparisons, and projected outcomes are not promises. Cognautic does not guarantee search rankings, AI citations, traffic, leads, sales, revenue, savings, uptime, provider acceptance, or a particular business result. Contracted deliverables and service levels are stated in the written engagement terms.

Acceptable use

You may use the public site for lawful evaluation, contact, support, and ordinary business research. You may not:

  • attempt to access private accounts, systems, credentials, data, or administrative routes without authorization;
  • probe, scan, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or evade rate limits or security controls except through a separately authorized security-testing process;
  • submit malicious code, false identity information, spam, unlawful content, or information you do not have authority to provide;
  • use the site to violate privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, communications, anti-discrimination, consumer-protection, or other applicable rights or laws;
  • copy, frame, resell, or systematically extract site content or data in a way that substitutes for the site, misrepresents Cognautic, or creates unreasonable load; or
  • use a public demo or form for emergency, safety-critical, medical, legal, financial, or other consequential decisions.

We may restrict or block use that creates security, legal, operational, or abuse risk.

Forms, demonstrations, and payments

Public forms must contain accurate information and only data you are authorized to share. A submitted inquiry does not create a client relationship or require Cognautic to accept work. Demo agents are limited demonstrations; they may be unavailable, misunderstand a request, or produce an incomplete response. Do not rely on a demo for a real customer, emergency, commitment, or professional decision.

When a checkout is offered, the payment provider controls its hosted payment experience. A redirect or form submission is not proof of payment; payment, subscription, and service status depend on confirmed provider records and the applicable written offer. Taxes, fees, cancellation rights, refunds, and renewal terms for paid services are stated in the checkout and service agreement that apply to the purchase.

Intellectual property

The public site, brand, original text, visual design, software, and media are owned by Cognautic or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may quote and link to reasonable portions for commentary, evaluation, or ordinary business reference with clear attribution. No license to Cognautic software, trademarks, customer data, or contracted deliverables is granted by viewing the site. Ownership and license terms for a paid build are defined in its written agreement.

Third-party services and links

The site may link to or interoperate with third-party analytics, payment, scheduling, communications, CRM, hosting, AI, and other providers. Their availability, content, data practices, pricing, and terms are controlled by them. A link or named integration does not mean Cognautic endorses every statement or service offered by that provider. Review the third party’s current terms before relying on it.

Disclaimers and limits of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the public site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free content, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow particular warranty exclusions, so a stated exclusion may not apply to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cognautic will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the public site. For any claim arising only from the public site, Cognautic’s aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of 100 US dollars or the amount you paid Cognautic specifically for access to that public site during the prior 12 months. Paid-service liability is governed by the applicable written agreement. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law and changes

These website terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Disputes concerning a paid service follow the governing-law and dispute terms in its written agreement.

We may update these terms when the site, services, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after a published update means the revised website terms apply from that date. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

Privacy and contact

The Privacy Notice explains how site and account information is handled. Questions about these terms can be sent through the Cognautic contact page or to hello@cognautic.com.
