When will I be charged?
Requesting access is free and does not create a subscription. After your compatible setup and delivery path are confirmed, use your invitation to choose monthly or annual billing. Your first payment is due at checkout.
What does early access include?
Access to the supported preview agreed during onboarding. The Mac preview shows questions, session observations and gateway status. iPhone distribution is currently internal TestFlight; a public App Store release is not included or promised. Your invitation must identify a delivery path that is ready for you.
Are Claude, OpenAI or other AI accounts included?
No. You use and pay for your own supported tools and accounts. Desk does not include model credits, an automatic account-rotation service, or a promise to bypass provider limits.
Can I control my whole computer?
This preview is for supported coding-work visibility and actions. It is not sold as a replacement for full remote-desktop software. Available actions depend on the source and host permissions.
How do cancellation and refunds work?
Use Manage subscription on your access page to cancel future renewals. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. For a billing mistake or access problem, contact Cognautic support and mention Desk billing. Refund requests are reviewed individually; any rights required by law still apply.
Why is access by invitation?
Host configuration, permissions and distribution still need individual verification. We confirm that we can deliver your agreed preview before enabling your checkout. There is no charge to ask, and no guaranteed access date.
